  9.      Please  read the  following lines carefully before using
  10.      this software. If you disagree with any of the following,
  11.      you are not  allowed to use this program, you MUST then 
  12.      delete it immediately.

  15.     The ADCS is shareware. This means:

  17.   - All copyrights to ADCS are exclusively owned by Heatsoft
  18.     Corporation.
  19.  
  20.   - Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30
  21.     days. Following this test period of 30 days or less, if
  22.     you wish to continue to use ADCS, you MUST register.
  23.  
  24.   - Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive 
  25.     license to  use ADCS on one computer,  for any legal 
  26.     purpose, at a time. The registered ADCS software may 
  27.     not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred,
  28.     if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license.
  29.     If  the software is an update,  the transfer must include
  30.     the update and all previous versions.

  32.   - The ADCS unregistered shareware version may be freely 
  33.     distributed, provided the distribution package is not
  34.     modified.  No person  or company may charge a fee for 
  35.     the distribution  of ADCS without  written permission 
  36.     from the copyright holder.

  38.   - ADCS IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY
  39.     KIND  IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR 
  40.     OWN  RISK.  THE  AUTHOR  WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR 
  41.     DATA LOSS,  DAMAGES,  LOSS  OF  PROFITS  OR ANY 
  42.     OTHER  KIND  OF  LOSS  WHILE USING OR MISUSING

  61.     you must remove  ADCS files from your storage devices
  62.     and cease to use the product.

  64. Liability:
  65. We try to keep our software as bug-free as possible.  But 
  66. it's a general rule, that no software ever is error free,
  67. and the number of errors increases with the complexity of
  68. the  program.  That's  why  we cannot guarantee that this 
  69. software  will  run  in every environment, on any Windows
  70. compatible machine,  together with any other application, 
  71. without producing errors. Any liability for damage of any
  72. sort  is  hereby  denied.  In  any case, the liability is 
  73. limited to the registration fee. Please test this program
  74. with non-critical data. We cannot guarantee the safety of
  75. your data. Especially operating systems other than 
  76. Windows XP can cause trouble. Should  you  detect  errors  
  77. before registration,  you  accept  them  if  you  register.  Any 
  78. description  of  bugs  will  be  accepted,  but we cannot
  79. guarantee that we will be able to correct them.
